Rainbow Number Balloon. A statement for any Birthday Party.
These Rainbow foil balloons are Air fill only.
They have tabs at the top and bottom so you can tie string, ribbon or nylon to make them look like they are floating.
Tips:
- We like to use clear nylon so they look like they are floating.
- Paper straws or stiff plastic ones are easier to blow them up with.
- Put a little piece of clear sellotape over the valve to keep any air from escaping after blowing them up.
